Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, market conditions, and availability.
Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per agreed terms before or after delivery (as per contract).
For bulk or industrial orders, payment conditions will be mutually agreed.
All payments should be made through approved and secure methods.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after written agreement or payment confirmation.
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance and are subject to approval.
5. Delivery & Transportation
Delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
We ensure proper packaging and safe handling of chemical products.
We are not responsible for delays caused by transportation issues or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Return & Replacement Policy
Returns or replacements are subject to approval and company policy.
Products must be unused and in original condition.
Certain chemical products may not be eligible for return due to safety regulations.
7. Quality & Compliance
All products are manufactured as per industry standards and applicable regulations.
Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and usage of chemical products after delivery.
8. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused due to improper handling, storage, or misuse of products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.
9. Safety Responsibility
Customers must follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and regulatory requirements while using our products.
Proper safety equipment and procedures must be adopted during handling.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply disruptions.
